I'm Chris. I'm a still life photographer working out of my own studio in Cheshire, specialising in drinks, liquids, suppliments, product and accessories for brands across the UK and beyond.
I came to photography sideways, through interior design and 3D visualisation, which still shapes how I light and compose a set. After a couple of years shooting commercially, the work has settled into a clear lane: bold, considered still life imagery, hero shots and motion content for brands that care about creative craft. Alongside the commissioned work I develop personal projects too, testing new ideas outside the constraints of a brief, which feed back into everything I shoot.
Past and current clients include Spacegoods, Montezuma's Chocolate, Craftd London, Water², CIRCULR and Onest Energy. The work spans indie CPG, supplements, beauty, fragrance, jewellery and accessories, brands who want premium imagery without the overheads of a big agency production. Everything is made in camera in my own studio.
Every shoot is handled by me from brief through delivery. Art direction, lighting, styling, shooting, retouching. No account handlers, no middle layer. A direct, boutique way of working that tends to suit founders, brand owners and creative teams who want fast decisions and a single point of creative ownership.
I'm originally from Malta but moved to the UK over 20 years ago, which is where I met my wife. We're now based in Cheshire with our two boys and a dog who refuses to sit still for a portrait.
